Phase 1
Concept & Yard Selection
3-6 months
Define your vision, establish budget parameters, and identify the shipyards best suited to your requirements. JJ facilitates introductions, reviews yard capabilities, and helps evaluate technical proposals.
Phase 2
Contract & Design Development
6-12 months
Negotiate construction contracts, select naval architects and interior designers, and develop detailed specifications. This phase establishes the legal and technical framework for the entire project.
Phase 3
Construction & Oversight
24-36 months
Regular site visits, progress reviews, and technical inspections ensure the build stays on schedule and meets agreed specifications. JJ acts as your eyes and ears at the shipyard, addressing issues before they escalate.
Phase 4
Sea Trials & Delivery
3-6 months
Comprehensive testing of all systems, final inspections, and official handover. JJ coordinates with the yard, crew, and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition from construction to operation.
